Measuring boombox loudness - a standard?

Floyd rocking the Sony APM-22ES speakers - those are sleepers. People don't appreciate how good the 22ES are.

...but...how is that turntable doing on playback next to the speaker/woofer? ;-)

Well you can only go so loud before you start having problems but luckily I don't use the turntable that much
