A lot of things sound better than the m 90 but most people would rather have the m 90 lol. After that I gave up on the 90s boxes I still had my M90 but the tape deck was busted and it was under a pile of clothes in my closet.

Sorry homie I had a top-of-the-line Sony around 91 also had the rxdt 707 which smoke the s*** out of the Sony.

Yeah sometimes you just need big speakers like they say there's no substitute for cubic inches.

JVC ,lasonic ,aiwa made some of the best speakers.
My aiwa csj 88 was a f****** monster sound-wise it would hurt your ears but in a good way

I remember in one of our Sunshine meets Frank's aka hemiguy2006 WX-1 won as the overall loudest box.

I don't think there's a video on that, but I do recall the challenge.

I had the SX 1000 which is only half as loud as the W X1 and I was never let down by the sound of that. That box sounded great. Mind you I tend to like listen to the boxes for a long-ass time before I decide if they sound great or not. Some boxes sound a whole lot different outside than they do inside.

I thought my JVC RV-NB10 was loud but only indoors it sounded good..................bass wise.

One of the only boxes I see challenging the Kaboom are the Panasonic Cobra tops like the RX DT 707 might be shy of the bass of the Kaboom but Fidelity wise it'll blow its ass out of the water.
