Yes....the speakers are permanently attached......they can swivel, but they don't have wires.

The two hinges on either side are the speaker line connection. I also got one

There is a way to call it one piece Reli.
Lavishly use gorilla glue and bond the speakers to the main unit!

No need for glue....it has spring-loaded snaps to hold the speakers in line

Too bad they are so weak-sounding. No bass!
