It's not from a Toy Story, it's from a video game! One of my favourites too!
You roll a ball around a level and attempt to get everything to roll up in your ball, as the ball get bigger with all the bits and pieces you've rolled up you can pick up even bigger things. It soon gets ouf of control and is always awesome fun. Here's a video to give you a better idea.

The series is called Katamari Damacy and the screen shot I'm using is from the newest iteration of the game coming out on PSVita (the new sony handheld console)

Truth is, I read this thread earlier today and was getting all amped up to take a cool shot of my M70 to use, then I was browsing some video game news and saw that screen shot. For the first time mind! I thought it was a bit serendipitous!
