Everything works fine on DC powering via the cassette deck but AC is dead.
My understanding is that there is a fuse (which is good) and direct connectivity to Q302, via a fusible resistor (4.7 ohm) and a diode.
I have replaced the fusible resistor as it was reading around 2 ohms out of circuit. My next step was to replace Q302 which is a C1162.
However, I have no volt readings anywhere near this area of the circuit. I need to test the little switch in the AC inlet but other than that any other ideas?
It’s a 120v version in black which has likely been powered by 240v.
