It actually blends closer than I thought it would. If you could get the texture closer with no brush strokes it really would hide it. I think it is better in the aspect it directs your eyes away from seeing the spots right away.

Nice job trying it out and sharing the results :cool:

Exactly! When I used to look at the box from 5 feet away...those blemishes stood out to me. Now I can't see them from that distance. Even very close, the "coverups" are not overly obvious. Your eyes aren't drawn to them, like those blotches (as you said). Obviously it isn't perfect, but it's better in my opinion and worth consideration in certain situations.
