no, man-you have every right to be pissed off-you sold that radio, all working proper-you were selling all completely above board-if he facks about with it and buggers something up well its his own tough ****.i have had many a radio with faulty this and that-and it doesnt bother me-what does he expect for an aging radio?either way dont be beating yourself up about it.i prefer not to touch ebay-wether buying or selling-its a total waste of time.

Phoned eBay about a month ago - complained like mad - well, I say "mad" I spoke common sense and behaved calm and collected whilst speaking to the American the other end.
And they have decided to "waive" any of my costs - and have said the seller will return the radio.
Well that was good of eBay - to use a bit of common f**king sense.
BUT
the radio never turned up (of course)
I today have just mailed the "ebayer" to see where my box has got to - and i got this reply:
"your heap of crap is still here and it was sent back to the address registered on your ebay WHICH EBAY INSISTED I SENT IT BACK TO! whoever resides at that address stated that youd moved period. its been checked over by ebay because the courier returned it. take it up with ebay and let them tell you and see whos telling a load of bullshit hey and i think youll find its not gonna be me. the other one i sold was another one i had bought seperately. your heap is still here. in fact ill put it in the trash for recycling and theyre not due for another 10 days so youd better hurry, if you want it. but remember its in peices so the courier will have a job packing it for you. best you collect yourself

I also noted - he sold a CT900 last month for 55 quid - the amount he bought this from me in the first place!!!

me and my wife who are Buddhists & i can assure you we know all about karma sunshine and i didnt play any cheap tricks on you only the opposite. i followed ebay rules at my own expense may i add for a faulty product. the diaphrgms are shot and i cannot as of yet find suitable fittable replacements so its in the recycle bin as mentioned before. you see ive gained nothing in fact ive lost out to you and with added stress of undue harrasment and dealing with a broken heap which is polluting my space so whos the righteous ass now hey?

sorry,tough luck now. it was sent back to you but it was refused at the address provided by you and they said that youd moved so it was returned to me and i was refunded after ebay investigated. the unit is now in peices and your welcome to collect it or arrange a courier to pick it up but ill not spend another £12 sending it back to you AGAIN when i actually dont have to now.

just make sure to bring the email with you where it says to come pick it up.
