I agree with the others. Nice job so far with the custom additions. Looking forward to your upcoming mods. The l.e.d. strip should look great. Maybe something with the tweeters. The stock ones just don't look all that great to me.

I agree, the tweeter are certainly an unattractive part of the front face. The design of the tweeter doesn't allow for a tweeter grill to cover it and it looks like a "black hole" so my solution is to hand paint a red spider web design inside the hole to add color and depth.

Figured out a better way to address the need for some color in those huge horn tweeters. Decided to add a tweeter grill and trim inside the horn. I think it adds a factory look and a more classic boombox flavor.

My previous post was not meant as a hit at you in case you might've taken offense. The "imposter" comment was just the joking theme behind the original thread I started here (See starting post picture). The subject and purpose of this thead was more geared towards a funny joke to make folks laugh as apposed to a build/mod thread of either box.
Using the DJT tweeter grills in the Bumpboxx tweeters was perfect and fit the tone of the original start of this thread. It flipped things around....Bumpboxx mimicking the DJT vs my first post picture (the other way around). Hence "Imposters will NOT be tolerated!" post. It brought back the humor this thread was started for. That's what I was loving about your post. Not doubting your creativity.
Everything's cool here. Feel free to convert this thread to show your bumpboxx modifications if you want.

No offense taken...just explaining what I was attempting to do with my Bumpboxx. Just trying to make it more custom and more classic looking without looking cluttered. Still figuring it out but it's getting there. I welcome all comments on my custom projects.
