This speaker trim fits the box perfectly. Perfect circles, extended to the edges of the box. Like a car whose owner selected properly sized rims that match the fender arc correctly.

But I'm not sure who would listen to music with every EQ slider all the way down

That's lovely! I loved all the quirky little mini's that appeared in the 1980's - Some 'Mickey Mouse' generic models as well as the big company's offerings! I've said it many times on both forums, There WAS a time when cheaper generic multi badged stereos could be really rather good............I miss those days & times too much, everything is so different now!! But could I go back again & lose the digital age we have now?? No chance - So just memories & nostalgia remain as well as the 1000's of machines we all own today!!

Good Job Nick. It's always nice to sit back after you're done and let the machine perform for you. I always enjoy seeing machines come back to life and do what they haven't done for many years :-)

Nice job Nick. I can't remember which model I had, close to this one. I opened it up, had one look at the deck and had to say "Nope, Pass!" Glad you were able to get her tuned back up!

Big or Small, Save 'em ALL!

Always enjoy your rebuild threads

Same deck as the C7 & really really difficult to do!! I did re-belt mine successfully but I need a power amp/psu board to finish off my minty C7...............So worth it though, when working these are very nice little hi-fi type stereo's with performance levels to really rock!

I don't care what anybody says it is evil. This little bastard holds onto the King of the Hill spot like a rabid Wolverine.

I love them - Absolute quality & the weight is ridiculous!! I think perhaps many are unaware of the sheer power output of these beasts!! Be great to get mine done I know that!
