How can I display my boom of collection?

Here's most of my set ups.

Shelves like Melly's arraanged to maximise boombox storage:

Wall mounted vertical rail style shelving. Good for more permanent storage, great for corners.

Wall mounted shelving can also help in tricky areas where there's not much wall space too.

A bit harsh. I didn't know that you you knew the prices paid by NZ boom or where his boxes came from. Like Alfie I think most are from thrifts in NZ, this buying helps NFP's to support the less fortunate, and there is quite a few people living below the poverty line in NZ. There is not a big group of collectors over in NZ and no ebay (they do have trade me) this pushes the average box price down.

I was also not aware that you knew what NZ boom does or doesn't do to support less fortunate peoples, you have made a judgement based on your own experience. I didn't hear you saying you were going to donate to charity instead of purchasing an expensive cartridge for your Technics or after buying your $25 Sony "you will be judged by the same standard you use to judge others. The standards you use for others will be applied to you."

thanks for the kind words guys i do think that robb was joking. most of my box money dose go to charity and alot have been saved from there inpending doom the land fill .so next time robb put this at the end of your sentence

That's great then as I love the way they seem to be floating...just box and nothing else...excellent job!

I chose to use brick wall paper for the outside touch that appeales to boomboxes and then used usual wall-mount shelving. The boards are wrapped in black fabric to make it look a little nicer .
Step 2: Wire all that crap That took me two days .

That is a nice collection there jimmy! I like many other have some boomboxes way high up on my walls. I find this annoying cause I gotta get out the ladder to bring them down to listen to them. Man I wish I had enough Sq/ft in my tiny house to have them all waist high and constantly accessible..

These are ikea baker's racks from the Granas series. I like them because the shelves are glass. You can find them pretty often on Craigslist.
