Little battery and super thin wires. 80 watts!!

Do you advise against purchase?
I would like to buy it.
In Italy we are penalized, we don't find vintage boombox for a low price and 100% working.
From when I start my collection, I bought three boombox (SHARP GF-767, SHARP GF-9191 and CROWN CSC-850L). The sellers said to me they are 100% full working, but when I received them I noticed they had a lot of problems. Nobody in my zone can solve these problems.
I'm tired of buying used and malfunctioning items.
I would like to buy something new, but with vintage flavor.

80 watts total consumption maybe, with both the CD player and the tape deck running at the same time.

If the speakers received the full 80 watts, that plastic shell would shake to pieces

The DJ Tech sends "only" 2x21W to the speakers, and I guarantee it would blow this GPO into the weeds.

So we could carru spares when we're blasting away and easily swap it out on the go of course!!!

Just like our old school ones. I think that's genius. Wish the DJ did that.

Heh......I'm not sure anyone's going to swap a proprietary lithium battery. Unless GPO sells spares, lol.

I do like the "GPO" above the door. They must have spent some significant money on the molds for the front and rear panels.

Heck if there's actually a plug for the battery, and they sell a spare, AND if the sound was good.... You bet I'd buy a spare, and swap it out.

Middle of jamming all day away from any sufficient source and the battery dies, you bet I want to swap out a charged battery and keep jamming.
