well its a little different from the ones i have that size. i am sure tho the horse power must be the same.this unit is much much louder than my fh-7
if it has the same power as the big sonys i have be prepared tim.
they do pound extremely hard. just be cautious you dont blow the surrounds. if you do there is websites that show you how to fix them.
i think you should find it quite a boombox.

Thanks bill IF it's louder than the fh7 then it must be a BEAST cuz by all accounts the fh7 is loud.

I know the decks look basic on this one but that's good for me from the repairing point of view

There is another sony on our ebay similer to this one but it only has a 3 band eq with spectrum but the guy wants £200 for it wich i think is way out, so yea compaired to that one i think i had a good deal.

so yes for me this box is badder than a kaboom. it really has horse power and i am thinking yours is the same internals but no remote controlled stuff.
the bass on these is bad assed bass.
not the kind of bass you get from the kaboom that is nice and round.
the bass of these kicks you deep in your gut and you will think it is a home stereo.
well at least i do.

will it kill your m90......... i dont know i mean m90s pump pretty loud and hard but its a completely different kind of sound.
this unit tho has density to its sound. its really thick.

Thanks BBD, by all acounts i should have the box this wednesday as the seller has received my PO, im actually for once realy looking forward to it as for once i may have fouund a better box than the m90, not that it's portable but who carrys boxes around now anyway

well aparently these could be ordered with a rechargeable battery pack in place of the internal power supply.
unlike the fh-7 that had a battery pack that just replaced the bottom section of the unit.
i have never seen one of them with the rechargeable battery pack but i am somehow suspect that they would not have had the power that they do off the mains.
