i still think,even with its faults,you did very well,you have a boombox that alot of people can only dream about :cool:

The short answer is yes & no. For 625, I got a project box that is flawed but in completely original condition. Even the numbers on the woofers & tweeters match. :thumbsup:

Sweet lookin' GF 777 you got. Getting hold of one is a great feeling.
The GF 777 looks like it's taken good care of . I don't think something is defective.
Just the usual contact cleaning and the case cleaning and it will be A OK
Looking at the pictures of the internals i have a remark .
I see these 2 metal brackets on the speakers . Seems that not all GF 777's have these.
Anyone know more ?
