We do an annual calendar for the car club I am in. Everyone submits their best pics and a panel of judges (or all members) pick the 12 month winners and design a cover page.... You can set this up through cafepress.com. Easy and cheap. 15+ orders is like $10each.

Which size are your calendars?
I print it at an online flyer print shop, who´ve got pretty good prices.
But it really gets cheap if you print 500 and more.
My printing costs per calendar are about 6,50 $
