Clairtone 7980 Service Manual or Schematics

Hi everyone,

Could you please let me know where I can find a service manual or schematics for a Clairtone 7980 boombox? I can't seem to find anything online. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

The only member I know of who has the service manual / schematic is not really active here anymore and never shared with us.

Rimmer, actually it was m40dotcom, he posted about it (link) in 2016. after 2.5 years of waiting, I convinced him to upload it, very thankful for this!

kittmaster designed an LED board for the tuner glass (link) maybe that's what you're thinking of?

Actually, I was referring to GordIE - before m40dotcom. Where is GordIE these days?

Kittmaster also made custom remotes for the JVC RC-M90.

yes i remember the remotes, he wanted something like £250 for them, that went down well lol Gordie must have 1000 conions by now haha

Gordie looked high and low for the schematic and never found it. He wasn't happy!

i once saw the schematics on eBay but they were like $400
