Yep, you are correct, Reptoid. I think Ira was thinking of the old way that feedback was calculated. ;-)

I also think neutral feedback does not affect the percentage.

Still not as bad as what happened to ViennaSound with his 1 Euro negative feeback :sadno:

On second thought Chip :hmmm:
Why don't you offer to retract your statements here if she completes a feedback retraction. It only seems fair.

if you guys are right about the neutral thingy :-)
then thats cool and fair for ebay to make that correction --

so now lets say that the BUYER is not a doooooooooochebagger --

I'm confused... I don't think Max made any statements that would need to be retracted.  However, if you meant the statements that others made about the buyer, then that does make sense.

But that might give the appearance of blackmail, and we don't do that here. :nonono:

Bobby,

said buyer has asked me to remove this thread with the threat of breach of privacy and reporting to ebay etc . .

So I recon just delete it. I am thoroughly over this already !

Cheers for all the support though fellas . .

Fatdog,

I was referring to this. All I am saying is if the buyer is making requests after feedback is left, it would be fair for the feedback to reflect the extra actions to satisfy the buyer. I have been through a feedback retraction over misunderstandings before. I would consider it mediation :smooch: and definitely not blackmail. :nonono:

buyer goes wacky about getting no cord
ben tries to make a reasonable corresponce to expalin his position

buyer instead of seller --
