BOSE 10 = Boombox?

Bring it on!!! I know I'd win clarity but ya got me beat on bass!! :ls-duel:

The 14 ribbon tweeters in the rest of the home theater (7.1 channel setup) might have something to say about clarity - they extend past the high frequency limits of my hearing

Granted, those limits aren't as high as they used to be...

Overpriced and not thrilling at all.

That Bose looks a lot like the B&O Beosound 1 (see here: http://www.bang-olufsen.com/beosound1)

While I've not heard that Bose, I have heard the Beosound 1, which sounds fabulous. But it's not a boombox by any stretch of the imagination.
