Yeh I'm on the lookout for a turntable as I've got 3 one armed bandits to work on and they weigh a frickin ton!

Even I'm not mad enough to plumb in an extra bath lol

I found mine on fleabay under a section called something like 'Medical Aids' as the one I use was designed for a hefty person to stand on to be rotated for whatever reason even though it's a lightweight piece of kit. Used or new they are usually £8.00-£16.00, are available in different sizes (I suggest 14"-16") and some even come with a built in cushion which are probably used to assist drivers rotate/swivel in or out of cars although I think the cushioned ones lack the versatility of a plain one you can add your own padding to. A board between the turntable and cushion does the trick nicely but wound benefit from anti-slip matting to prevent slippage.
