when my son was about 5 years old -
i built him a wooden electric go-cart -- it was FAST !!!!! (for a kid )
about 15 MPH --

anyway--i put two 2 foot strips of discolites under the bottom floor --

and at night --
it looked like he had NEON !!!!!!!!!!
