Sorry, the capstan belt is correct, my memory was messed up. The other belt will be looped onto the flywheel (the one with that the flat belt wraps almost all the way around). Towards the center, you will see a pulley. You may have to pull out the flywheel a bit in order to see it. That 3rd belt is driven by that pulley and wraps around the 2 black pulleys. Go back and watch the video again with the cracked gear. Look closely, you'll see where your missing belt is driving those black pulleys. I think I may have a spare of that third belt, PM me if you are interested in it.

Ahhhhh, I should have thought about that video earlier. I understand where the missing belt goes now. Thank you!

However, in reviewing the video, the flat belt goes around both flywheels, the same as how I found it in my box but the manual only shows it around one. Am I misreading the manual? When put on as shown the manual, it does drive both flywheels when either flywheel is turned either direction.

You're overthinking it. It's an exploded view diagram, not an as-built diagram. It's showing you which flywheel to loop the belt around. If you do that, contact with the 2nd flywheel is incidental since they are both so close together.

Ha! I do tend to overthink things. Thank you.

Is this correct for the missing belt? Im using the counter belt as a stand in. These little square belts sure like to twist up during installation.
