Chris. That is Awesome NEWS. Keeping all that info was the key. Before, everything was automated. I know that now, ebay actually staffs live people to handle customer service. It does cost more to buy/sell on ebay now. But I guess "live" customer service costs the company more.

Anyhow, this is how you reply to feedback left. You can also leave him feedback (he only has a handful so your comments won't be hidden/obscure). You can also follow up to feedback on the other side too. Make sure other's know what type of feedback this scum bag leaves for honest sellers. Careful though: eBay forbids posting of dispute info in there.

And don't forget to put him in your block list. Link in one of my previous posts -- this same thread.

Speaking of block lists - I have never been on one, but for some reason I bid on someones yellow weather proof sanyo a couple weeks ago and it said I was blocked. Never bid on or delt with the seller in the past.... why would I be blocked?

Wierd - that also explains why I didn't get a reply from my email to them too.

That could be..... pretty random though and they just happen to be selling a boombox.

PS, glad you got your situation figured out in your favor.
