Any experience with Hanoi - Vietnam based Marketplace sellers?

Just wondering if anyone has experience with the small number of Hanoi based Facebook Marketplace sellers? There are a few and they display many different restoration projects for sale at reasonable market rates. I was looking for a GF-777 and found a long list of options. They seem to have been around for years.
Are these sellers genuine? Or scammers? Do they package the goods well?
Obviously Google translate makes for a tedious conversation (unless you are fluent in Vietnamese).

Just keen to know if anyone has experience or heard about someone else’s experience.

Everything I know about sellers from Vietnam and I had a few occasions to verify that. 90% is a scam. First thing they do is asking you to use the Western Union for payments. That is the first sign and after they will ask for more money to cover the shipping cost, local taxes etc. And at the end you will not get what you paid for.
