Almost tossed my JVC RCM-70

Well, for right now, I'm using it ... I have my Ipod plugged into it and am looking at it with new appreciation. I always considered it a big clunker taking up way too much space in the corner or our gym. Funny too... I never set the volume above 1.5 or 2 because it was too LOUD 
Guess that was the point of it, right???
We'll see.... ultimately its not really up to me. Its my husband's, albeit I saved it from its ultimate destination which was the trash heap, so maybe I do get some say.... I don't mean to be a tease here, really I don't. I will likely hold onto it for a little while and then put it up on Ebay. I think even on Ebay only a true collector will be paying even $300 for it and it will end up in the hands of someone who will enjoy it and take good care of it. I certainly hope its one of you

I sure hope you guys keep it. You'll be surprised how much of a conversation piece it will become when people come over. Trust me I know - Status
