hi can i come over a test the size of the box next to my gf 777
and has the colour faded or is it still darker than my gf 777

I'm guessing that no one has had a pm back from him yet ? 
I also guessing he thinks he's on a gold mine with this box
we need him to have a big fall - keep up the question and make them harder - then if every one can complain about him and report him - this way me might stop him from doing it again and get rid of this type of scammer picking on our love for there gains of greedy cash :annoyed: :annoyed:

i asked if i could pick it up in person and how long they have had the box for and the response was...
"yes you can pick up- if no sale today becuse fiew people want to buy it now, i have one year or more his radio"

kingrat, yeah, i think your right. still, it creates alot of confusion and situations like this. i would prefer it if sellers could at least explain that the photo isn't the ACTUAL item for sale.

do you lot think i should put up my own add saying that the box in the picture is not for sale as it's my own and only i can sell it
so how do you know what condition it is if you don't use your own pic's - hell i could sell a car from any press picture but it could be a wreck
it's miss leading people/buyers and that is what they think they are getting - my box - and do ebay allow this
should i do a ebay add - it might help the buyer know what they are getting into ?

Please confirm the cosmetic condition of the boombox. There are discrepancies between some of the photos. In the second photo (looks to be taken inside), there appears to be scratches or something cosmetic in the lower right-hand corner on the front. This does not appear in the other 3 photos. Is it possible to get a close-up of this corner?
FYI...yes I know that is the tag from the other photo....

Well i sent him a new message and i think that has done the trick
i think he listed it with a quick buy it now and then paniced a bit more and took it off or has some one bought it ???
i sent him this
So now you have a choice - take the item you say you have off of ebay or carry on to the end and get caught by ebay for using without permission my picture of the ghetto blaster i own
You see i own the box in the picture and no one has given you permisson to use or pretend that you own the box to sell it
I think the Police will be very intrested in what you have to say about selling some thing that is not yours
I also know that one of the other photo's is a friend of mine and he is not happy about this either
All of this has been reported to Ebay and they will look into why you are trying to sell some thing that is not yours to sell
Now it is up to you to take it off or the Police and ebay will talk to you and come pay you a visit !
then i got two messages back
you ok?? please contact police, PLEASE THIS IS MY RADIO AND I CAN CANCEL OR SALE ...........DONT SCARE ME !!!!!!..

yes i did see that one - dodn't know if it's his one or if it's a stolen pic or what ?
it was cool that we got this scammer and made him get out of town with trying to sell my box (and shizaudio's and who ever's elses pic it was)
So if you like a box - test the seller and see if what they are selling is right and get more info - a good seller will help sell the item and not try to hide anything !
would have been nice to see what the box reached with four days to go and it may be up for sale soon - yup ask as many questions and for extra pic's you will get them as i own this one
