AKAI AJ 530 What do you thing about?

I would love to here some opinions about this model.It has been told that it is very powerfull and good sounding box.And about other models of the AJ ONE PIECE SERIES series if its posible.It seems that AKAI boomboxes are not coming to often.

I'm not too sure about the "powerful" description, but it certainly is a beautiful boombox. The knobs, LED meters, and the digital display are over the top!

I have the little brother of this series (AJ490FS) and also the curiosity to know the bigger brothers.

Therefore, any member comes to opine about ... ... I love and my and don´t think about selling.

I really like this Akai. I think it's their second-best quality model of the upside down onepiece series.
Certainly packed with features!

Does sound a bit flat in the bass department though, the speakers seem to lack depth, physically, not sure if flatter traditional woofers usually mean less bass repsonse or not. This model would benefit massively by replacing the speakers as it is is a high quality unit with a decent amount of volume.

Yes, AJ530 it´s THE Big Brother.

That´s my AJ490:
Solid construction (in and outside), great radio reception, good tape deck sound, tinny bass but, don´t matter...
