haha....that box says soft "touth" control...do you think in Japan or singapore they would know the difference between soft touth and egg tooth control? There's probably a baby boomer in there getting ready to use it's egg touth to bite it's way out of there. I'm sorry aside from the fact that it's an original box with a bad ass minty fresh Aiwa boombox included, that typo is funny.

another thing I noticed different about your CS660 compared to most other CS660s is that it is missing the chrome louvers next to the tweeters. Yours. Mine.

Fascinating! The mystery deepens! I wish I had an explanation for the louvers/no louvers, but I don't. Hard to believe there'd be two versions of this boombox. I'm stumped.

But stuff like this is sure fun, isn't it?!

Never noticed that before. Funny! Not surprised, though. I've seen entire sentences/paragraphs of English mangled on Japanese/Chinese products. You'd think they'd have proofreaders for that, but apparently not.

Didn't notice the missing louvers until you pointed them out.

It looks like the VU's are black instead of blue like all 660's I've seen, can you confirm the color BSL?

thats true skippy mine has those also so its made in singapoor another little thing was the color of the vu background it almost looks like black on boomshakalaka box
