The only part that is giving me problems is this one. It came off and when I put it back on it slips and doesn't change the channels. Thinking about super glue if I can get it in the correct position. Anyone have any pointers?

I'm talking about the white plastic piece on the left with teeth.

The only thing I can think of is check the gears and the gap between the gears ,if you can ,try to tighten every thing down more to close the gap .also make sure nothing's broken inside the gearbox.
