Ummmm.....yeeahh...neither of my decks work on my clairtone 7980.....and I don't have a handy dandy repairman to bring this monster back to its former glory..... and only one LED works on the rotary display when I press play....
but as far as the volume goes........shheeeeiit!!!!
I've had this bad boy up to 85-90 with a good, crisp, hard-hitting rap song with no distortion....and brain deadening volume.
Id spend a small fortune to get another one near mint..

I love my M90 like it was my soulmate...but the 7980/C100 is that perfect piece of ass that would make me lose half of everything I got.....ya feel me!?!?

once u grap a conion c100 any of the variants including the the c-126 tc-999 they will benefit from a belt change ,, one thing should be noted is that it takes a thin belt and it long ,,so replacing this belt will keep that nice looking cassette led run indicator working good ,just make sure the belt u replace is not to tight and cause the reel to wear or malfuntion
