First you have to be off "mobile version" and be on "Full version" by scrolling down and clicking on the button at the bottom. Then look down at the right hand corner of the "reply" box and click on "more reply options" that will give you more functions. Then click on "choose file" and then when you have the picture you want, click on "attach file", once you see a thumbnail of the picture, click on "add."

Sounds confusing but it will get simple after awhile. Hope this helps.

That's a great idea!!! But I haven't worked out in forever. I'd start with only benching two. Can you imagine these on the ends of a barbell?
