:hmmm: GOOD POINT

hey chris it is truly a drivers car...wicked fast says it all brother
I have never driven one, but everything I read about them just says they are unreal. They are the only American cars the guys in England on Top Gear praise.

PLUS, They look EVIL

hey trippy years ago my old boss at the stereo shop built one of those as a project car ...It sported ronal mag wheels and a full set of neon lights but was one of the loudest cars I ever heard.... had a full soundstream system with 4 10" redline woofers ..he would enter it in local sound competition's and nothing even came close :jawdrop:

Yea, they're interesing cars... I used to take it off-roading, and in the snow, it did surprisingly well, I think cause it was so light... I could pick up the front/back end of this thing off the ground!!! Then I realized it gets around 45mpg!!! Cut back on the abuse, just a little.

damn those are my favorite trucks especially the step side 4x4
yeah they are built like tanks and run forever with little maintenance. i even ran across an original fully working am/fm delco radio at an auto swap meet last year. picked up for 20 bucks.

Looks like a fun project....these cars are so easy to work on...no nonsense, just the basics. One of my favorite big body styles too!

Oh how I love my Chevrolets! I only have 2 now!:0
I still have my 1966' Caprice 396 in storage and my 1981' Camaro Z-28 I'm restoring.
I guess I have 3 if you include my 1987' GMC High Sierra 2500 pick up truck.
Heck it's a GM!:)

I used to have 11!:0

I absolutely love that 72' wagon Chevyman!!
I love wagons,my first was a 68' Impala w/327 275hp Powerglide ,used to be our family car.
Would do 120!!:)
Next wagon was my 76' Caprice Estate 9 passenger with the disappearing tailgate and rear window!!!!!!!
The window disappeared into the roof and the rear gate disappeared into the under tear! Amazing design!!!
It was so loaded 400 4 barrel vacumn Gage, all gauges,8 track stereo that worked.
Drove it to Glacier and Yellowstone, got 19mpg going75-80.
This thing was hard to keep under 80!!:0

The next and the best wagon was the 1970' Kingswood Estate 454 wagon!!
It was unreal, power everything, special rally center cap on steering wheel.345hp with 500 ft.lbs.torque!
I went 135 and it was climbing!!
Hated selling it,I'd blow away most mustang 5.0 and new 4.6's!! It was hilarious!!
That wagon was downright fast!!
So I love wagons!!!!!:)
