Yep, 50 singles so 100 tracks...this is one of the smaller beasts, still huge tho lol :-)
Since seeing this thread I just had to go have a look locally. The fact that your's isn't a massive machine makes me more interested. I could actually fit that somewhere in the house / garage.
Also, the idea of having it empty as a clean canvas is very intriguing. Big Amps, Big Speakers, BIG Volume!
Would be cool to have like the one in Happy Days

yeh some of them are frickin huge...he had 30 or 40 in his lock up and this was one of the smallest ones. I say small but it's still a big thing lol. I've been dreaming of how I'm going to fit it out...I love having a bigger project like this on the go

I think you should get one Chris, they are things of great beauty :-)

Those are awesome.
I say to the wife "Maybe I should refurbish and sell jukeboxes", she says "oh, and sell them like you do boomboxes!"

Ouch!

Jukeboxes are so cool. Remember the ones from the 70's with the disco ball in them? Awesome!
Absolutely...I remember many different ones from my youth. Love a disco ball too, got several in my kitchen lol

Stripped all the remaining guts out...so glad most of it had gone already as even the amount I had to do took hours. Lots of cleaning. Stripped the keypad back and cleaned 45 years of shite out of there. Polished and buffed the heck out of the key section. Just sanded and resprayed the black metalwork. It's slowly coming together! Best £40 I ever spent :-) :-) :-)
