double checked, it's on 110/120v and AC but still nothing

I took the screws out but that board wouldn't come up and I didn't want to break it. I'll try and take some pics from underneathbaddboybill said:Take pic of component side of board close and clear
No the whole area is same trace so it don't matter where it's soldered.stereomann said:look at the pics i put on there looks like the blue wire is in a different place then where you soldered it. that could be the problem
Glue is usually holding down the large blue capacitor that why you can't lift board.
