Thank you ralrein.

I already had an appointment on Monday with the surgeon and the procedure will a Robotic Prostatectomy. Imagine that when I'am so against automation, but in this case if it's for human survival then that's fine in my book. As long as it is not taking my job away then I'm all for it.

To all the guys here I have this to say............"please get your PSA checked during blood work"!!!!

Do not pay attention on the statistics that men should be checking their PSA at around 50 yrs. of age. No **** that check it please and make sure the numbers are low. I truly believe that our certain food consumption plays a role.

So next month I will undergo surgery and be out from work 1-3 weeks.......yikes!!

I will be praying for you and wish you get well soon. However, forget 1-3 weeks. I think 4-6 weeks is probably more realistic. The first week is not likely to be very fun for you. Don't rush it, just take it in stride, relax and enjoy TV or all those DVD's you have stashed somewhere.

4-6 weeks!

Awwww man that is really not good. I read somewhere about a 47 yr. old that had his removed and on the 1st. week he was able to drive and then on the 2nd. week he was running 5 miles. I may be 53 but I think I could recover within 3 weeks top. Then again not everybody is the same.

I've got my fingers crossed!

Anyway thanks Superduper for your prayers and blessings!!

Too late Robb I had the biopsy done about two weeks ago and yes I do agree with you about the possibilities of it spreading in the bloodstream but the percentage in that happening is low.

If by chance I'am one of those then the man up there has already placed an order on a ford93 to go.

Before that i'm liting me up a splif mon!

From all the Marijuana and Coke that I did as a teenager, food is what killing me how do you like that farking shite!!!

Funny how there are no signs of any side effects from those drugs..... but hell lets have juice, soda, bread, mayo, crackers, cheese, mustard, ketchup, tomato paste, tomato sauce etc.....all containing heavy on sugars aka fructose and sucrose which cancer loves because it is fuel for it to grow!
