This one is worst than coby . In europe you can find em in any arab/china shop usually between china snickers aka, and the units which just clipped on your fuel pipes makes the car to consume 80% less and add around 300% HP .

You can find them here as well. AKAs include Dual, Durabrand, AsDa "Value" brand, etc.

Can they be all bad when they cost a mere £40? There is a thin line between brand snobbery and frugality.
