I found this Ext. Ant 1/8" 75 to 300 ohm adapter on the back of one of my boom boxes.

I am trying to find more to purchase online but can't find any with the 1/8" part.

Anyone know what exactly these are called or where to find them?

It would be easier to make one then find one, baluns available now terminate to Pal or F type connectors.

You could make a cable from PAL or F > 3.5mm TS (mono TRS) as an adaptor to currently available baluns

I'm probably a bit late to be adding to this post, but having built a few sets in my time you'd be shocked to learn they literally bolt them to lattice style wall with A-frame legs so that they can use sand bags to counterbalance the weight of the radios. Most of the time the poor boxes have also been gutted to remove the weight to get them stacked high enough safely high enough as well. You'd cringe at what they do to cars as well. Hollywood has no shame for their props or the people who make them.

What do you intend to use that part for? Just curious.

Interesting you mention how they actually set that up...I am hoping to do the same thing one day during my live concerts, and stacking them more than 8 feet tall has certainly been a challenge. I build special wood cases, can safely travel in my car but then the whole thing gets too heavy.
I don't want to gut them because I want to use them live, but bolting them to a metal frame has certainly cropped up in my head before

I want to run external video into a few boomboxes that have built in tvs, but only have the phono jack and not the 75 to 300 ohm adapter already installed. It's rare to find them with the phono jack, but a few were built that way

But wait, how would the Phono jack be able to process video signals?
