What are the differences between the M9994 and M9994k??

I was trying to research the answer and only found that there is a slight color difference between the two and the K has no loudness button but spatial instead. Are there any other differences? Which one has better sound and which one is more of a collectible?...cause they both seem to fetch a pretty penny...

the model with the loudness also has a few SW bands-

the other one does not have 'spatial' -
but it does have a midrange button

- they both have equal collector value.

as for the sound comparo -
it just depends on your personal preference
for midrange vs loudness

in case - you want to hear some strong bass
at lower volumes -
then the loudness model will be the best choice

...thanks for the info...I prefer the midrange due to my preference for jazz...I have a pristine "K" model on the way...I will take pics when it arrives...

a lot of guys prefer the midrange but i like the loudness button as it boost the bass a bit more the midrange is ok , the sw bands not really anything big unless you like to listen to shortwave and since most box already came with sw band but enjoy the 9994k i have one and its one of my favorite box
