Heyya MOD freaks & Box lovers, :weed:
Wanted to do an update video showing the excursion & output of the BOSE woofers with some heavy DUB Bass. These notes are hard for a boombox to reproduce, especially a 777....

I had to turn down the gain on the mics, for this video & keep the sound from breaking up from sheer volume but I hope you can get an idea of the performance of these woofers...

Check it:

Yeah, I must admit the title was a bit suggestive.... :-P

I wanted to try to capture the amount of movement these little woofers put out with the same HITACHI IC's, no amp mods needed & no boost or cut to the input signal at all. The 777 is plugged into my computer & playing an MP3 with MP Classic & no EQ'ing of any kind was applied to the signal or video. It's ALL FLAT & that is the sound you get from the RGB Deathstar....

Super-Woofer controls are FLAT(0) & BASS is at a modest +2. Of course, this is a heavy, heavy, bass DUB but these woofers are no joke, son!!    :-D

Dammit...really disappointed when this thread turned out to be about speakers :-(

HAHAA!...Dam I guess I wasn't the only guy with his mind in the gutter, it's just male instinct to click on anything that says "watch them bounce"... By the way the Bose speakers sound great, good bass comin out those things.

thanx mate :-D I still have to install the tactile switches to toggle the remote sensors for the 3 different LED sections. When the switch is on you can control that section with the unified remote control. That way, you can gang them together & control them as 1, or separately, for a more complex LED show...

I'll try to capture that in another video soon.....

stay tuned....... :afro:

Ok, Here's a sample vid......

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymwNbNMtxfw&feature=youtu.be

I'm going to post a better vid later in a separate thread to show the overall different things you can do with the LED systems if you work the switches on the side to control which sections respond to the unified remote control.....If the switch is on, that corresponding section responds to all of the commands & vice versa, If off, then there is no response from that section.

That way you can set each section separately to different commands or unify them for total control with 1 remote.
