Want a Mini BBX! Which one?!

Hey all!

So a lot of you know I like to collect the TITAN sized variety of BBX.

Ive got a small space I need tunes in... so Im thinking a mini.

I have a Sharp QT-77 already, but it is in poor health, so I cant use it.

It must have Line In, and sound good too.

Would even like to have some BASS! Ha! Not sure that is possible.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I should know the answer to this one, but I just never paid attention to the little fella's.

don't know what small room your talking about but in say a bathroom I have a super radio in mine, it's mono but it has a large woofer and separate tweeter with bass and treble and sounds really good. I bought it may 18th 2008 and it is still running on the same 6 "D" batteries I put in it when I bought it and I listen to it 4 days out of the week for 1/2 hour each day!

The Panasonic RX-C52 has really good sound for it's size.

Some are asking quite a bit of money for some mini's.... No question there are rare, well build mini's... but $250?

none of the thin, cute one piece minis will have close to what we
will call an impressive bass --

but - if you can go with a mini 3 piece --there are many -
the KING of all them all - is prolly the panny c50-

its 17 x 5 x 51/2 deep --
its got BASS -- lots of kick -and its got jacks and sep. controls
and LOOKS real good -

it just so happens....................

that i will have one all fixed and $$$ ready to sell in a month or two-

but - get some opinions here -
and prices ANYWHERE , first

IMHO a Panasonic RX-F4 is a great little awesome mini for sure. It is reliable loud has Ambience and has a cool pushbutton eq to play with.

Adam... The battery door wont work on yours, I remember having a look at that in photos.

I think Ive got a photo of it round here somewhere, let me look.

I told you could have this one, that offer still stands; I want mini's that work correctly, not just look clean!

Great suggestion! I have an RX-F9, absolutely love that box! Good sound in a small package...

just to clarify i sold Adam the Qt 27,i did not realize it was missing the battery cover until i prepared to ship it,Adam was cool and still wanted it. With that being said i have several Qt's but don't have the Qt 27 model anymore,i think my cousin has one Adam i'll check it out for you.

When you say that you're looking for a mini boomer, what's the max physical size you are willing to go upto?

Max height.......???
Max width.........???
Max depth.........???

and if important ( i.e. sitting on a small shelf, )

Max weight.......???


Give us some sizes and weights, then we can start firing suggestions of suitable boxes.
