first to fix all electronic to make it work. Was kinda easy, only put board back together, connect paths, rwire tuner and add tuner whees as the one was missing and the handle for it was broken, fix the tape motor(had one wire hanging), change belts in turntable and fix vinly player door button(this one took me 2h to find as the path was brokn in the place i couldnt see). Oh and after i finnished my sis had to ACCIDENTALY kick the box 3 times and some paths had to be connected again :nonono:

now was the time to fill it with epoxy glue and make smooth surface (unfortunately i dont have pics for that)

then some water sandpaper 800, 1000,2000 and then paint of whole front case.
thats the effect, it still need some work but looks better than before

front vinyl cover had alot of deep scratches so i had to delete them with water sandpaper 400, 800,1000,2000 and then some polishing paste
also speaker grills were painted again
i cut the plexi to fit as tuner glass and tape glass and printed scale and the rest that was needed
it still need 3 sliders and i havent finnished back cover, but i think it looks really good now

it would be sad to leave it like this and throw it to trash. Now it can proudly present sharp family :surf:
