VZ-2500 - Disconnected plug, or not ?

I've just started working on my VZ-2500.

Someone else has been inside it before as there are a lot of screws missing.

I was cleaning a pile of dead rubber belt off everything and found this plug with nothing connected.

Does anyone know if it supposed to have anything connected - it looks like it does but I can't tell from the wiring diagram.

It's probably there for factory testing, setup and calibration during assembly.
