Yes it is a DIN socket, this works with a DIN to 3.5mm jack.

yeah if i came across one of those i would shell out a bit more than my usual budget for one. i think you got a good deal and i bet you could get the record player to work again if you put some work into it.

Yes saw it and its a good buy price. Hopefully you can restore it and get all the missing sliders back in action and make it fully working again.

something tells me we have a member in ireland who makes those sliders. i think bredgeo was the man who made some bits for those boxes. i could be wrong but i could also be right.
