Hi got some great speakers over the past few weeks and none cost more then a few pounds ...BARGAIN

All work fine but Tandbergs need the dust caps replacing (easy job) where someones shoved them in.

:agree: a few of those can eat up space pretty quickly.

They look great, you should have a lot of fun playing with all of them. :thumbsup:

i once had a pair of celestion 10

hooked up to a hh scott 40 watt amp

it was the shiznay

great days,

now im gray and old

and i must say, my faves are:

the celestions,

i dig them,

theyre sticky in the middle

you can confirm :)

and the wharfdale.

mission not so much i dont like pointy cones

Glad you all enjoyed and as much as I love them all I usually refurb them then move them on at a profit.Now and again I drop on some that have to stay ,think this will happen with the Tandbergs.
Great choice Eldorado the Celestions are great ,the older wooden cased dittons far outclass the newer f20s in build quality and sound The mid range cone on the dittons is of a gloss finish and yes a little stickyto the touch.
Anyone else got any vintage speakers ...comeon show us what you got

You've got quite a speaker collection there. Brand new some of those cost one arm and one leg to obtain! :thumbsup:

man you picked some good ones up.
i have been really jaded with speakers lately.
i mean i have enough and depsite wanting to bring more in reality prevails and i just cannot do it. lol.
