Well, I called it "pure mint goodness" in my previous feedback thread to Peter and there is basically nothing to be added to that :drool:
On a side note, I would like to mention though that this DL sounds like a trillion times better than the other one and in my hunble opinion, it also looks better with the cool pattern it has for the lights. :yes:

Same as the Sigmatech ATP-520 also made by Vela , sound is great light show is cool too.. Congrats ! :thumbsup:


Redbenjoe, This unit is excellent sounding, have heard others and this one is by far a much better sounding unit than the mainstream Madonna box everyone is hung up on , lol..

I have one of each, and my Sigmatech is much louder and better sounding than my Madonna discolite...AND the (my) Sigmatech is quite a bit heavier also :yes:

A few photos of the Sigmatech ATP-520, identical to your score , the speakers are beefier than the Vela 990 ..it really is a nice box specially in the dark...I call these, my robot: the bottom unit, a Technidyne TD-7000 , the middle is a Sigmatech ATP-520 , the top a very rare Eversonic S-606 .. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_lp0UgpXnA
