Nothing works, without a Trafo inside, without most of rear screws, missing tapedoor, some knobs and buttons, antenas are not originals (and broken) but nothing broken on plastics... ...all that I want for a customization... :w00t:

Here a video testing the woofers without tweeters yet, the customization it´s from another amp (this one drains batteries too fast).!!

Next time, I put some pictures!!! ;-)

I do not make some pictures about cleaning, because my wife no like my radios, so I not have many pictires of these steps.

Whoa! :w00t: Are you bypassing the original amp or using both of them? I like how you made the knobs work for the Bass and Treble. Does the EQ still work?

Bobby.

The only things working now in this one is the Power Button and the Pots (Bass, Treble and Volume), all the rest nothin works (the LED meter PCB appears to be ok, but I don´t know how I make to connect with the new amp...

When I found him, nothing works (broken and toasted PCB, without power Transformer, without the knobs of Balance and REC level, without screws...)
But since I make the modding on my Conion Case I realized it´s that mod is possible with many other boomers, then I think, why not for this???

The amp costs $17,91 from China and the only thing I make, it´s disassemble the pots and power button, put colored wires in de amp and wires to moving the pots and power button around the box, increase the size of MP3 player wires to put this one in the best local and "voilá", the thing happen!!!

The amp is the same I use in the Conion case project (video Below).

Nice work! You should install a led spectrum analyzer in that cassette bay!

No Cindy, in there I will make a plate to attach my mobile and plays some MP3 with a Cassette MP3 software like this:
