Dose any one here know any info on this Boombox is it a good unit?

Well, I cannot exactly tell because I don't own one nor have I ever seen one. But with regards towards the prices for which it's sold on ebay it's quite sought-after, which probably means it's quite good as well.

It's not necessarily "sought after"... People probably buy 'em 'cause they get the impression that they'll sound like a Lasonic TRC-931 because of the similar looks.
I always hear that the Unisef - along with the Crown SZ-5100 - sound like crap in comparison: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=6512

yes it,s true MONO, i have had the crown sz5100 which is almost the same as the unisef, and i can tell you it does,nt compare to the trc 931, in sound or build quality, the trc 931 is,nt the best built box, but it sounds fantastic and in my opinion looks better than the crown and unisef
