just wondering if anyone has hurd of tripath amps ? i`ve just aquired one,its supposed to be hi class hi quality,i was thinking i could build it into a box,probebly a box that looks nice but has poor sound..

I have but don't know much about them. I think they are class D (high efficiency) that use feedback to control the signal making for a very high quality amplifier. This technology is similar to the highly popular ICE amps from B&O. Don't know enough about the tech specs to help you implement it, interesting thought though.
