TRC Batt Cover

I read somewhere that a 931 batt cover will fit a 975 comparment with a little adjustment. Any truth to that?

It’s is true. I took a cover off an i931 a few weeks back. Just took a fraction of a mm off one end and it fit perfectly on my 975

All the big black lasonics use the same battery cover , the only ones that need trimming to fit are from the reissued 931 and the current 931 models.
