TRC-931 Aux Input help-Boxedout

Hey guys, I shipped my minty 931 to David last month and he told me a big prob, he hooked his Ipod up to the Side AUX port and nothing???

I have never had any probs from any of my previous 20+ 931s Any tips??? I am at a loss?

I think, but aren't sure, that there is a little switch that jumps between Aux and Phono. I'll check on mine and post an update.

edit: nope I checked on mine and there isn't. There are 3 sets of connectors on the side though, top one is Phono, middle one is Line In and bottom set are Line Out. Silly question but is he putting them in the right one for sure ?

Have him try a phono adaptor box so he can go from ipod to phono instead of line in. Also have him try his setup on other stereos, just to be sure everything up to the box is working correctly.
