Hello Everybody,

My name is Rob and i am from the Netherlands and i am collecting music and all sorts of audio-equipment for nearly all my life now.
However, the last months i am into the old vintage boomboxes so this is how i found this wonderfull board.

I still have the first ghettoblaster i bought when i was 11 years old, its a UNIMEX and i havent found it on the internet yet.

Soon i will be posting some pics! :breakdance:

Thanks everybody for the nice and warm welcome! En ik zeg hallo tegen alle Nederlandse boomboxers!(translation: And i say hello to all the dutch Boomboxers!). I bought a few new radio's the last days and i will show you my first boombox the Unimex which still has a fantastic sound!

Sorry for the bad quality of the pictures i will never be a photographer! LOL! I have more radio's and there are some on the way from sharp,sony,samsung,hitachi and philips and 2 sanyo's..i am expecting them next week. The Hitachi from the picture has a very heavy sound and is completely made of steel and weights a ton!! When i have received the other boomers i will try to make some better pictures! Thanks guys and girls!

Ik heb ook wel een aantal walkmans, Zal binnenkort wat fotootjes maken! (translation: i also have a few walkmans, i wil soon take some pictures!)
