Hello, I recently found in my hunt for a stereo cassette recorder two boomboxes; a Sharp QT-22 and an Aiwa CS-J21.

They're both in good shape both superficially and functionally, although the Sharp is prettier with the red plastic as opposed to the AIwa's silver metal (maybe). They both appear to be functionally identical or at least very similar from the little Japanese written on them that I can decipher. I couldn't find much information about either on the internet, in any language. I plan to use whatever I acquire to record tapes to use on other devices (computers and walkmans I own that use cassettes). I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience with these boomboxes, and could recommend one over the other? Much appreciated.

Note: both are from the same seller and are the same price (roughly the equivalent of 50 USD). He noted on both listings, "the sound quality isn't exceptional, but they're good enough for casual use."
